Boatrocker’s bar manager and cocktail creator Yanni has concocted four seasonal cocktails using both core and limited edition ranges of gin for you to replicate at home.
Here’s what’s on the menu, and what you’ll need:
1. Southeast – Using Boatrocker Jungle Gin

– Conical Strainer
Ingredients

– Ginger Syrup
– Vietnamese Mint Leaves
– Kaffir Lime Leaf
2. Pink Contessa – with Boatrocker Raspberry Gin

Ingredients:

– Aperol
– Rosehip, Cascara & Hibiscus Vermouth or Lillet Blanc
3. What’s the Tea? – with Boatrocker Willem Gin

4. Daquiri

Boatrocker is a local, family-owned brewery and distillery. Boatrocker sprang into the craft beer world in 2009, and quickly became a leader in the market for barrel-aged beers and wild-ferment ales. In 2017, Boatrocker brewery and Hippocampus distillery from WA merged into what is now known as Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers.
