Cook & Dine Class: Pasta with Nick

Need a Christmas break up party idea for the team? Here’s what’s on the menu:
You’ll be making bocconcini, tomato and basil skewers before splitting into groups of three to create one of the following delicious recipes:
Pumpkin ravioli in a browned butter and sage sauce with pine nuts
Fettuccine with a three-cheese sauce
Gnocchi with homemade pesto
And you’ll get to taste all of it! Class will be capped off with a surprised dessert at the end, too!

As a young boy, Nick refused to eat pasta that wasn’t homemade, and when he was older – he learned the art of pasta-making in memory of his grandparents. Nick was also lucky enough to have a one-on-one class with the “Pasta Queen” owner of 5-star pasta shop Le Sfogline in Bologna, Italy.
