Cook and Dine – Pasta with Nick is back at the Hive Australia! After a deliciously successful class, here is what’s on the menu this session:
– Pumpkin ravioli in a browned butter and sage sauce with pine nuts
– Fettuccine with a three-cheese sauce
– Gnocchi with homemade pesto
The class will start off with tasting bocconcini, tomato and basil skewers before splitting into groups of three to create one of the above yummy recipes. Don’t worry, you will get to taste each dish and there will be a surprise dessert at the end of the class!

As a young boy, Nick refused to eat pasta that wasn’t homemade, and when he was older, he learned the art of pasta-making in memory of his grandparents. Nick was also lucky enough to have a one-on-one class with the “Pasta Queen” owner of 5-star pasta shop Le Sfogline in Bologna, Italy.
